❄️ Welcome to February! 🏛️

As we move into the heart of the winter season, February arrives as a month of profound reflection and vibrant celebration. This month, we honor the rich legacy and ongoing contributions of the Black community during Black History Month, integrating these essential narratives into our classrooms and community conversations.

February is also a time of transition and spiritual significance for many. We recognize the beginning of Lent and the arrival of Ramadan, periods of fasting, reflection, and community for our diverse student body. Amidst these traditions, we also celebrate Valentine’s Day, a chance to spread kindness and appreciation for one another.

We encourage all students to maintain their momentum during this busy third quarter. Let’s continue to foster an environment of inclusion and academic excellence. We are incredibly proud of the growth we see across the Philadelphia school community every day!
