School Hours
Children are expected to be at school each day on time at 8:30 a.m.. Students will be permitted to enter the building 8:05 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. for breakfast. All students will enter and exit through the _______.
The school day begins at 8:30 a.m.
Dismissal:
Students will be dismissed from their line between 3:00 P.M. and 3:09 PM in the school yard.
Kindergarten students must be signed out with their teacher.
Pre-Kindergarten students can not be picked up by anyone other than their parent/guardian.
Late Policy
Any children arriving after 8:40 a.m. will be marked late by their homeroom teacher until 9:00 a.m. After 9:00 a.m., late slips will be distributed to students at the main lobby desk.
Any student arriving after 10:01 a.m., will be given an unexcused A.M. absence unless the student submits a doctor’s or court note.
Early Dismissal Policy
Please schedule all appointments for your children after school. Early dismissals begin at 1:01 p.m. Any students leaving before 1:01 p.m will be considered a PM unexcused absence unless a doctor’s or court note is provided for excused absence.
In the event of an appointment that can not be scheduled after the school day, you may pick up your child before 1:50 p.m. with proper ID. No student will be released without the person picking up having proper ID and listed on the student’s emergency contact.
Uniform Policy
All children that attend school within the School District of Philadelphia are expected to wear their uniform every day.

Red Polo Type Shirt (NO: writing, NO: Tank Top NO: Midriffs NO: Hoodies)
Blue Khaki Pants/ Shirts w/ Black Belt (NO: Shorts NO: Sweatpants NO: Athletic Shorts)
Shoes: Black Closed Toe Sneakers (NO: Flip Flops NO: Sandals NO: High Heels)
Computer Use Policy
It is a privilege to have access to Computers and the Internet. If any student fails to follow the appropriate guidelines as stated in the School District of Philadelphia’s Computing and Internet Acceptable Use Policy, he or she will have their computer privileges suspended.
